Cartechini Mario Oil Mill participated in the 50th anniversary of the Italian Cuisine Academy. This event lasted three days and took place in New York..

The first day was held at the restaurant Le Cirque Sirio Maccioni (see photo), one of the most important and historic Italian cuisine Restaurant in New York. in this place there was the inauguration of the event and the presentation of Italian Manufacturers participants and sponsors of the event, including the Cartechini Mario Oil Mill.

The second day was held at the ICE headquarters in Rockefeller Center. In this meeteng there were the most famous Italian Companies, includingCartechini Oil Mill, that introduced:

the Marchesiano, the Rustico, the Gustoso, the Prezioso  and the new flovoured oils and seasons: Lemon, Orange, Pepper, Garlic.

On the third day official visit to the Italian Consulate (see photo) and meeting with various distributors in the area of New York to view the problems of the big apple.
