Cartechini Oil Mill in Norway

In 2009 Cartechini Oil Mill is invited by Svolvaer Common in the Lofoten Islands, Norway, for an event organized in collaboration with the Ancona Stockfish Academy and with the support of Fermo's Typical Food Association. This combination of Marche Region and the Lofoten Islands, was created because Lofoten Islands are the largest producers of stockfish and Marche Region, especially the city of Ancona, is the largest importer of such fish.

Within the event, Cartechini Mario Oil Mill over to expose his oils such as Marquesan, Rustic, Tasty and condiments: Orange and Lemon, had the opportunity to present and match dishes from the gala dinner. Dress as the famous anconetana style cod with extra virgin Rustico oil prepared by chef Paul Antinori and to licking their chops to all guests.

Among the many guests, there were: Mayors, Ministers, Importers and prominent personalities of Lofoten Islands, Institutions of the Marche region such as the Minister of Agriculture Paul Pertini.
